Acceptance of an order or shipment does not constitute legal advice or a representation of legality.   Orders, Pricing, and Payment   All orders are subject to acceptance and verification. Prices, promotions, and availability may change at any time. We are not responsible for typographical or pricing errors.   Order Cancellations   All canceled orders, whether canceled by the buyer or due to compliance, verification, or buyer error, are subject to a 15% cancellation fee, except where prohibited by law. This fee will be deducted from any refund issued.   FFL Transfers   Firearms and other regulated items will be shipped only to a valid FFL dealer, typically to the premise address listed on the FFL license. The buyer must complete all required paperwork, background checks, waiting periods, and transfer procedures at the receiving FFL.   All transfer fees, storage fees, refusal fees, or additional requirements imposed by the receiving FFL are the sole responsibility of the buyer.   Age Restrictions   You must meet all minimum legal age requirements (18 or 21 depending on the product and jurisdiction). By placing an order, you certify compliance with these requirements.   MAP and Manufacturer Restrictions   Certain products may be subject to manufacturer Minimum Advertised Price (MAP) or other contractual restrictions. Orders violating such policies may be canceled.   Prohibited Conduct   You agree not to submit false information, bypass safeguards, engage in fraud or chargeback abuse, misuse automated tools, or attempt to circumvent legal restrictions.   Warranty Disclaimer and Manufacturer Warranties   All products are provided “as is” and “as available.” We provide no warranties, express or implied, including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.   Any warranties that apply are limited solely to those provided by the manufacturer, if any. All warranty claims must be directed to the manufacturer.   Limitation of Liability   To the maximum extent permitted by law, total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product giving rise to the claim.   Arbitration, Venue, and Governing Law   Any dispute shall be resolved by binding arbitration on an individual basis, with no class actions permitted, except where prohibited by law. Information may be shared with service providers, carriers, payment processors, FFL dealers, or authorities as required by law.   ⸻   Taxes   Sales tax, use tax, VAT, duties, or other governmental charges may be applied to your order based on the shipping destination, billing address, product type, and applicable laws.   You agree that: •All applicable taxes will be calculated and added at checkout where required •You are responsible for any taxes, duties, customs fees, or import charges not collected at checkout, including those associated with OCONUS or international shipments •We are not responsible for errors caused by incorrect address or exemption information provided by the buyer   Tax laws change, governments improvise, and compliance is mandatory regardless of mood.   ⸻   Refund Policy   General Conditions   We reserve the right to refuse any return except where required by law.   No refund will be issued until the returned product has been received, inspected, and verified as unopened, unused, and in original condition.   Non-FFL Items   Return requests must be made within 30 days of delivery unless marked final sale. Shipping costs are non-refundable.   FFL / Serialized Items   Once transferred by an FFL, firearms and serialized items are non-returnable.   Cancellations and Refusals   Canceled orders are subject to the 15% cancellation fee. Refunds are issued only after return and inspection, minus applicable fees and costs.   ⸻   Shipping Policy   We ship where lawful.   Domestic (U.S.) Shipping   Shipping methods, costs, and delivery estimates are displayed at checkout.   International / OCONUS Shipping   Additional shipping, handling, insurance, customs, export, compliance, and brokerage costs may apply for shipments outside the continental United States (OCONUS).
