This End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) is between Premium Sporting LLC (“Premium Sporting,” “we,” “us”) and the authorized user (“you”) of the Premium Sporting QuickBooks Integration application (the “App”).

1. The App. The App is a private, internal-use integration developed by Premium Sporting LLC to connect Premium Sporting’s own QuickBooks Online company with Premium Sporting’s internal accounting automation. The App is not offered, sold, licensed, or distributed to the public or to any third party.

2. License. Premium Sporting grants authorized personnel a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App solely for Premium Sporting’s internal business accounting operations.

3. Restrictions. You may not use the App to access any QuickBooks Online company other than Premium Sporting’s own, sublicense or transfer the App, or reverse engineer it except as permitted by law.

4. Data. The App reads and writes accounting data (including transactions, journal entries, accounts, customers, and invoices) within Premium Sporting’s QuickBooks Online company at the direction of Premium Sporting’s authorized personnel. Use of data is governed by the App’s Privacy Policy.

5. Third-Party Services. The App connects to QuickBooks Online, a service of Intuit Inc. QuickBooks and Intuit are trademarks of Intuit Inc. This App is not developed by, endorsed by, or affiliated with Intuit Inc.

6. No Warranty. The App is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

7. Limitation of Liability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Premium Sporting LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the App.

8. Termination. This license terminates automatically if you cease to be authorized personnel of Premium Sporting or breach this Agreement.

9. Governing Law. This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Indiana.
