This Privacy Policy describes how the Premium Sporting QuickBooks Integration application (the “App”), operated by Premium Sporting LLC (“Premium Sporting,” “we,” “us”), handles information.

1. Who the App serves. The App is a private, internal-use integration. It connects only to Premium Sporting LLC’s own QuickBooks Online company and is used only by Premium Sporting’s authorized personnel and its authorized automation agent.

2. Information the App accesses. Through Intuit’s QuickBooks Online API, the App accesses Premium Sporting’s own accounting data, which may include: company information; chart of accounts; transactions, journal entries, and bank activity; customers, vendors, products, invoices, and payments; and related financial reports. This data may include names and contact details of Premium Sporting’s customers and vendors as recorded in Premium Sporting’s books.

3. How the information is used. Solely for Premium Sporting’s internal accounting operations: bookkeeping, reconciliation, reporting, and tax preparation support. The App does not use the data for advertising, does not sell or rent it, and does not share it with third parties except the service providers required to operate the integration (Intuit QuickBooks Online and the secure connection platform), and only as needed to function.

4. Storage and security. API credentials and tokens are held in encrypted secure credential storage, never in plain text documents. Access is limited to authorized personnel and the authorized automation agent acting on Premium Sporting’s instructions.

5. Retention. Accounting data is retained as required for Premium Sporting’s business and tax records. Authorization can be revoked at any time from within QuickBooks Online (Connected Apps settings), which immediately stops the App’s access.

6. Your choices. Customers or vendors of Premium Sporting may contact us to ask about information held in Premium Sporting’s accounting records.
